Our shipping is usually with New Zealand Post.
New Zealand wide shipping costs: $11.00 for scarf, $6.00 for jewellery.

International shipping prices are on request. For international shipping some items may incur a customs duty in your country. We are not held liable for any unexpected customs charges. We recommend you check your customs requirements with your countries Customs Department for further information.

Return and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer a refund on return of the item only, within 14 days. The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the purchaser and will not be refunded. Please use a trackable or signed for delivery service as we cannot provide a refund until the item has been received. Contact hanangallery@gmail.com to discuss returning an item.
